Registration Fees:
U8 and under: $50.00
U10 and up: $55.00
Each Additional Child: $5 off the registration fee.
Registration Deadline: Monday, July 15
Sponsor Form: Updated ASA Sponsor Form (pdf) ** please note that only the company name will appear on the front of the jersey
Parents Soccer Survey: ASA Survey (pdf) Feel free to fill out the survey any time during the season. We would encourage both good and bad feedback so that we may continue to better our program.
ASA Soccer Photo Form: Available from coaches before picture day
